Every GigStars.de concert is staged with a dual-stage setup, giving everyone the chance to really let loose for the night. 

We introduce a cool up-and-coming band with serious potential—talent we’ve hand-picked from our pool of applicants alongside the main act. 

The newcomer band performs their songs raw and unfiltered. Straight from the rehearsal room to the stage—no safety net. It’s all about partying, high energy, and celebrating fresh creative talent, treating our curious ears to sounds they’ve never heard before. And who knows? We might just discover the stars of tomorrow right here. 

The main act takes the club stage to thrill fans with exactly what *they* want to play. No rigid setlist—just pure passion and creative freedom. 

Drawing from our pool of Northern German scene heroes, we’ve created a new format that guarantees unforgettable moments. 

Between songs, things get personal: a bit of chat, little surprises, and a genuine connection. 

You’ll feel it instantly: this isn’t just any concert—something unique is unfolding right here. And you? You’re right in the thick of it.

WHY...

The beat must go on …

Conditions for up-and-coming bands have become incredibly tough, and live music venues are also feeling the immense pressure of the current climate. We need fresh ideas and new momentum to boost the live music scene. We want to make a difference, inspire, and offer the "New Wild Ones"—the bold, emerging talents—a stage where they can showcase their best work to a packed house, grab attention, and make themselves heard. 

At the same time, we want to see established regional music icons play "back-to-the-roots" gigs in mid-sized clubs that foster a close connection with the audience. Headliners up close and personal: out of love for the club scene, for that unique, intimate live atmosphere, for a concert experience with a difference, and to give back to the community that has supported them all along. 

To meaningfully combine these elements, we launched "GigStars.de – Jam the Stage." This concept showcases creative musical talent in an exciting way while creating a compelling win-win scenario: 

Erfolgreiche Main Acts aus Norddeutschland engagieren sich für den Nachwuchs und spielen exklusive Gigs in Hamburger Traditionsclubs. Auf der Bühne teilen sie sich das Publikum und die Reichweite eins zu eins mit einer vom ihnen kuratierten vielversprechenden deutschen Newcomer-Band aus unserem Bewerber-Pool als Co-Headliner und pushen die „Neuen Wilden“ ins Rampenlicht. Ein Statement an die Fans, die Nachwuchskünstler, die Musikultur, die Clubs zur Befeuerung der Hamburger Musik-Szene. 

This event offers more than just electrifying performances. We ensure comprehensive promotion through pre- and post-event coverage in mainstream media, video and interview content on YouTube and our website, and much more.  Stay tuned! Last but not least: We guarantee fair pay for all participants—and we go a step further. We are making a support fund available for newcomers—financed by ticket sales and sponsorship revenue—to cover costs such as professional studio recordings, the creation of an artist website, or the production of merchandise for self-promotion. 

Last but not least: Wir garantieren allen Mitwirkenden eine faire Bezahlung und setzen noch einen drauf: Wir stellen einen Fördertopf für die Newcomer zur Verfügung, der sich aus den Ticketverkäufen und Sponsorengeldern speist, für eine professionelle Tonstudioaufnahme, Aubau einer eigenen Künstler-Webseite oder der Produktion von Merchandise-Artikeln zur eigenen Vermarktung.

Hamburg's legendary Music Clubs...

Für die Club Konzerte haben wir uns ein paar Hamburger Lieblingsclubs ausgesucht – Orte, die den Vibe liefern. Groß genug zum Abdancen, intim genug für echte Nähe zwischen Crowd und Band, technisch on point – kurz, mit allem, was es braucht, um den Abend zum Kochen zu bringen. Einer davon: das Uebel & Gefaehrlich. The top location next to Hamburg's Reeperbahn!

Wir wissen: Alleine schaffen wir’s nicht. Allen, die uns unterstützen, sagen wir an dieser Stelle DANKE. Den Main Acts, die dem Nachwuchs ihre Bühne öffnen. Den Newcomern, die jedes Konzert zum Leuchten bringen. Und den Locations und den Menschen dahinter: Tontechnik, Service, Security, Reinigung & Co. Ohne euch alle gäbe es keine Magie. Keinen Gig. Kein gar nichts.

Wir halten die GigStars.de-Konzerte bewusst simpel und ohne überflüssigen Schnickschnack. So können wir – mit etwas Hilfe von Freunden – vieles selbst stemmen. Aber wirklich etwas bewegen können wir nur gemeinsam: mit euch allen, die ihr dabei seid, Tickets kauft, unterstützt, anfeuert, mittragt. Das hier ist Teamwork. Und nur mit euch bleibt Clubkultur das, was sie sein soll: ein pulsierender Teil unserer Gesellschaft.

SO WHO ARE "WE" EXACTLY?

“We” is Dirk and Chrissie. We are two people who love music, small clubs, and nights you never forget. Chrissie has always lived and breathed music, but without chasing the spotlight. After her first live performance at the age of 14 in Ireland, she knew the stage was where she belonged. Since then, she has played with bands and musicians across a wide range of styles, including New Wave, Pop, Soul, Rock, and Rap. For her, music means freedom, fun, and creative expression. Contracts, rules, and creative limits are not for her. The magic happens in the moment — when musicians push each other forward, the crowd gives that energy back, and the whole room comes alive.

Dirk loves music with character — music that has an edge, surprises, and the courage to do things differently. He is drawn to sounds that cross genres and do not fit neatly into one box. And while his own singing is best left to the imagination, he much prefers enjoying music to performing it himself, which his friends are quietly very grateful for. Dirk works behind the scenes, where his love of music and real live moments helps bring GigStars.de to life. His goal is simple: put talented Newcomers in the spotlight and give Hamburg’s club scene, nights people will still be talking about years from now.
